What does the 50% discount include?
Your first month is 50% off, with everything the plan includes. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, for a first monthly subscription. The following month, the normal price applies; you can stop before then at no cost.
Why only one plan?
Because you don't have to choose: everything is included, for every creator. No hidden options, no “premium version”.
Is there a commitment?
Not on the monthly plan: you stop whenever you want from your dashboard, and your protection stays active until the end of the month you paid for. On the yearly plan, you pay the year in advance and can turn off the renewal up to the renewal date; we email you beforehand.
Can I pause?
Yes, with a monthly subscription: one month with no charge and no monitoring, after the end of the paid period, then protection resumes automatically.
How does payment work?
By card, on our payment provider's secure page: your card never goes through our servers. You get an invoice for every payment.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price shown is the price you pay, with no VAT on top: no setup fee, no extra charge per link removed. Prices are in euros; your bank converts them if your card uses another currency.
I run an agency: what's the price?
The agency plan has its own page: the price per creator goes down with the size of your agency (5% off from 5 creators, 10% off from 10 creators, 20% off from 25 creators, 30% off from 50 creators).
What if I change my mind right after subscribing?
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw. As the service starts straight away at your request, only the service already provided is due, pro rata.
Is the free check really free?
Yes: anonymous, no account and no card. It tells you whether leak pages use your username; you see the details of the links once your account is created and verified.
